fabulous stay!
amazing service large food selection friendly guest relations
the staff provided amazing service and were very accommodating. the food selection was HUGE and delicious. i especially appreciated hayet, who works in guest relations, she was very helpful and friendly. i would totally recommend this place!

cute hotel high food quality quick checkout
i found the hotel cute. the staff members were always smiling, a detail i appreciated. the food choices were varied and the quality was high, i enjoyed every meal. check-in and check-out processes were both quick and without any problems.
sometimes, the pool area got a bit crowded during peak hours, making it slightly difficult to find a lounger immediately.

a mediocre experience
poor food quality limited drink selection
the pool area was acceptable. there were enough sunbeds available.
The food quality was below standard. I found the meals bland and repetitive. the drink selection was very limited, especially the non-alcoholic options. the poor quality of ingredients was really disappointing.

The staff were very polite. the rooms were very clean. The staff were always helpful. i enjoyed the spa services and heated pools. it was worth the money!!!
The outside pools were freezing. Even children refused to use them, and we were visiting from a cold country.

Our room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. bathrobes were available in the closet. Slippers were also provided. the king-size bed was very comfortable. Crisp linens were changed daily.

multiple restaurants fresh fruit
the gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. there are multiple restaurant options, like the mediterranean and tagine restaurants. the tagine restaurant offers genuine moroccan cuisine. i also liked that fresh fruit was consistently available at every meal.
i found the selection of drinks disappointing. many juices looked to be made from instant powder. the overall drink selection felt limited to me. as someone that dont consume alcohol, i struggled to find decent non alcoholic options.

a pleasant stay
quick check-in fresh food poor restocking lack of planning
the reception team impressed me when i arrived. ahmed checked me in quickly. ikram from guest relations checked to see if everything was going well. lacen, the reception manager, found a quiet room for me (which was great). the food throughout the stay was fresh, with plenty of variety.
the organization in the restaurants had some weak points. i observed constant failures in restocking utensils like glasses and cutlery. juice and coffee machines and water were often unavailable due to poor restocking management. there was a clear lack of planning and organization during peak hours.
